Jeon Cheong-jo, who sparked굿모닝토토 controversy including rumors of a criminal record for fraud after announcing that he was planning to marry former national fencing team member Nam Hyun-hee, was arrested by the police on charges of stalking.

Seongnam Jungwon Police Station in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 26th that it is investigating Jeon, a woman in her 20s, on charges of violating the stalking punishment law.

Jeon is accused of visiting Nam’s mother’s house in Jungwon-gu, Seongnam-si at around 1:09 a.m. on this day, knocking on the door several times and ringing her doorbell.

When he tried to enter her house, saying, “I know this person, please let me in,” her Nam family called 112.

The police who arrived arrested Mr. Jeon as a red-light criminal. It is said that he came to Nam’s mother’s house after receiving notice of her recent breakup from Nam.
